Our tastings have the purpose to discover the aromas, tastes and colors of the Tuscan products, during an unforgettable wine and gastronomy experience!
With our cooking classes we would like to teach you the techniques passed down from our grandmothers ‘Nonne’, in order to enhance all the characteristics of these products, preparing together traditional dishes.

For organizational matters we only serve smaller groups from 15 to 50 people which, in an extremely welcoming and informal atmosphere, will learn the secrets of the traditional Tuscan dishes, like hand made pasta or the crispy Cantucci.
Accompanied all along by a good DOC wine, it will surely melt away the participants’ anxieties. We offer personalized cooking classes according to the groups level of basic preparation, interests and time availability.
