An unique hotel in Italy, crafted from the expert restoration of two 18th-century water-powered paper mills along the Pescia River. The impressive machinery of that era, made from stone, wood, and wrought iron, remains visible to guests today along a small museum route that explains the paper manufacturing processes.

The hotel, which we now refer to as a scattered hotel, consists of three separate buildings nestled in nature. In addition to the beautiful 77 rooms with a romantic atmosphere, it also includes a large park and pine forest, a swimming pool with a whirlpool corner, bars, restaurants, banquet halls, meeting rooms for up to 200 people, a wine bar pub, parking for cars and buses, and a children’s playground.

Lastly, the village offers several apartments with kitchen facilities.
