Cooking class and tastings

Every evening, In the beautiful chick rustic Tuscan style San Lorenzo rooms, we offer Taglieri (tastings of several Tuscan meats and cheeses) and local wines to pair with, which our guests can taste and discover freely, while guided by instructive leaflets on the wines, in several languages.
Instead, for groups of minimum 20 people we organize at our winery/wine cellar tastings with sommelier (only upon booking) and mother tongue (English, Russian, Polish, French etc.) who will poor and guide you through the discovery of the local wines, in particular the D.O.C. Montecarlo vineyards.

4 wines are served, and the last one is a Vin Santo Classico. Every wine is served and paired with a dish that enhances it’s qualities.
Cured meats, bruschette and cheeses DOP, accompanied by jams and honeys, will lead you through a sensory journey that you’ll never forget.It will also be possible to buy the products tasted, which are sold in fun packages as a great souvenir.
The cooking classes are taught depending on the level of preparation, time availability and number of participants (never less than 15 and always upon booking).It is possible to make local dishes all together, like hand made pasta, in a great atmosphere, while enjoying great wine.
For company team buildings we organize contests with final award ceremony for the master chefs.
