The restaurant will provide you with a large banquet hall impeccably set up according to your personal taste. In the colours of the table linen and decorations you prefer. This large room has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, open to the large veranda with large windows from which you can enjoy a magnificent view, both in summer and winter, during the day and at sunset and with the lights of the night. The room is characterised by beautiful wood panelling.
In fine weather you can enjoy the large garden, which covers a large area and is suitable for lunch, dinner, aperitifs or the cutting of the cake. From here, as from the entire property, you can admire an amazing view of Montecatini Terme and the Valdinievole.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will follow you throughout the ceremony in a discreet but present manner. Your wedding reception will be given meticulous attention to every detail: from the arrangement of the tables to the mise en place and the choice of floral decorations, all of which will be decided with you in the months leading up to the event.
Restaurant
Customised fish-only, meat-only or mixed land/sea menus are available for banquets. The wine list is varied and our manager will establish with you the most suitable combinations. Finally, the cake will be chosen by you from a specialised pastry menu and will be customised to make it the cake of your dreams.

This restaurant is open throughout the year and organises tasty wine and food evenings in the winter months. It also welcomes and organises any type of event or celebration. The rooms of the Santa Barbara Hotel, which houses the La Polveriera restaurant, are available to any guests. It will be our pleasure to offer the bride and groom their wedding night in one of our beautiful, panoramic rooms.
